Ian is our insanely creative and witty mechatronic engineer focused on intelligent systems design, integration, and
deployment. Ian has been involved with many projects involving machine learning, computer vision, backend software development and cloud solutions.

Jacques Welgemoed studied MEng Mechatronics, Nelson Mandela University.
Jacques is our ingenious mechatronics engineer who specializes in UAV technology, control systems and artificial
intelligence. He represented South Africa at the WorldSkills Hi-Tech competition for UAV Operating and walked away with both a Bronze and Silver Medal. Jacques is currently also pursuing a PhD at Nelson Mandela University with focus on multi agent UAV/robotic systems.

Marcus Bloom-Pflug studied at the Zeppelin University and UCT. He is our brilliant Executive Master in Business & Leadership for Engineers.
Marcus is a result driven, internationally oriented, forward-thinking entrepreneur with a passion for the African continent and its people. He has substantial experience in managing large corporate companies, especially in the telecommunications manufacturing industry. Marcus is the also the founder of CONDEZA (Pty) Ltd and is an executive board member and co-founder of Weinert Industries AG.
